Curtis Sutton

Curtis Sutton (President) joined Rackley in 2010, bringing with him nearly 25 years of roofing experience. Having worked every job in roofing, Curtis holds the strong belief that great employees make a great company. In addition to creating a company culture that demonstrates care and concern for employees and customers, Curtis has a passion for the latest technological innovations in roofing. Under Curtis, Rackley has introduced industry-leading technologies.  He served as TARC (Tennessee Association of Roofing Contractors) President in 2015-2016. Curtis is active with RT3 (Roofing Technology Think Tank), is a member of Vistage (a CEO peer group), and is a member of National Women in Roofing.  He and his wife Nancy have been married for over 20 years, and they have three children:  Lexie, Haleigh, and Dawson.

Michelle Boykin

Michelle Boykin (Chief Operating Officer) joined Rackley in late 2010 and has assisted in the exponential growth of the company across Tennessee.  She hold a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from MTSU.  Michelle is heavily involved in National Women in Roofing, currently serving as Secretary on the Executive Committee.  She is the past Chair for the NWIR TN Council, and was instrumental in forming the council.  Michelle is the Director of Member Services for CREW Nashville (Commercial Real Estate Women) and has been on their Board of Directors since 2016.  She is also involved with a Facilitated Peer Group with other roofing contractors across the country, who share best practices and focus on new ideas.  Additionally, Michelle is a member of RT3 (Roofing Technology Think Tank) and has been a panel speaker for industry events nationwide, and is an RCS (Roofers Coffee Shop) Influencer.  Michelle and her husband Keith have been married for 16 years, and have 2 sons:  Brendan age 12 and Brayden age 5. 

Vice President of Service

Michael Miller

Michael Miller (Vice President of Service) joined Rackley in 2016 as a Business Development team member.  In December of 2018, he took over the Service Division for all of Rackley’s companies, and has grown the division exponentially.  He is a graduate of Cumberland University, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.  Michael and his wife Carey, married in 1997, have a son, John and a Daughter, Ella.  He is a member of BOMA (Business Owner and Manager Association) and he volunteers as Head Coach of the Firebirds Baseball Team for Lebanon Youth Baseball. 

CFO

Lila Thomas

Lila Thomas (CFO) came to Rackley as a receptionist in 1984. Her love of numbers and balancing the books sent her down the path to becoming Rackley’s CFO. A rare female executive in the roofing industry, Lila’s love for Rackley is only surpassed by her love of God. Since the age of 11, she has been playing the piano in church every Sunday. Lila is well-known in the community for her service to others and stellar reputation.

Jim Henley

Jim Henley (Vice President of Operations) joined Rackley in 2017, bringing with him nearly 30 years of roofing experience. Having over 20 years of project management and estimating experience, he is able to utilize his expertise over the Operations Division.  Prior to joining Rackley, Jim was the General Manager and LLC Member of CM Henley Company, and directed the overall operations of the business, from sales and business development functions, allocation of manpower, schedules and budgets.  Jim has 3 sons, Jake (23), Eli (20), and Seth (12), as well as the newest addition to his family, grandson Haddon, who is 9 months old. 

Chief Financial Officer

Brian Eytchison

Brian joins us with over 30 years of financial management experience. Most recently he has served in CFO roles at Nashville-based private companies, including a fast-growing family entertainment company, The Escape Game, and a food manufacturer and distributor with an iconic Nashville brand, Mrs. Grissom’s Salads. Prior to joining Mrs. Grissom’s, he was a partner in the nation’s largest provider of CFO consulting services, B2B CFO, where he built a practice serving privately owned companies in a broad cross-section of industries. His earlier experience includes executive-level strategy and finance roles with large, well-known restaurant and retail brands such as Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Lowe’s Home Improvements and Hardee’s. Brian holds an MBA from Wake Forest University and a BS in Commerce from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.

Brian has been married for 34 years to his wife, Amy, and they have four children ranging in age from 28 to 17. They are members of Christ Presbyterian Church where Brian is involved in the worship ministry as a member of the CPC choir. Brian, Amy, and their daughter Aubrey live in Brentwood.

Director of HR and Risk

Cade Elguezabal

Cade Elguezabal (HR Director) joined Rackley in 2020, bringing with him over 20 years of Human Resource experience.  Cade brings his expertise from the manufacturing, restaurant, corporate, and construction industries to the Rackley Team.  He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from LSU and has progressed from a Human Resources Generalist from the beginning of his career to become our HR Director.  Cade has one son, Chandler (18).
