Vanessa joins the team with 30+ years of Manufacturing experience. For the past 25 years, Vanessa worked in automotive manufacturing, where she managed the company’s Human Resources, Purchasing, Materials Planning, as well as Safety, Health and Environmental functions. Prior to the automotive industry, Vanessa was employed in the medical device industry for seven years as a manufacturing supervisor and training coordinator.
Vanessa holds an MBA from Trevecca Nazarene University and a BS in Management and Human Relations from Trevecca Nazarene University. Vanessa has been married to her husband, Jim for 23 years. Together they have five children and three grandchildren. The family worships and serves on the leadership team at Crossroads Fellowship, Lebanon TN. Vanessa is native of Dawsonville, Ga. She moved to Tennessee in 1995 and resides with her family in Lebanon, TN.
In her spare time, Vanessa enjoys watching or listening to high school sports, gardening, knitting, sewing and spending time with her family.
