Jim Henley (Vice President of Operations) joined Rackley in 2017, bringing nearly 30 years of roofing experience. Having over 20 years of project management and estimating experience, he utilizes his expertise over the Operations Division. Before joining Rackley, Jim was the General Manager and LLC Member of CM Henley Company, and directed the overall operations of the business, from sales and business development functions, allocation of manpower, schedules, and budgets. Jim has three sons, Jake (23), Eli (20), and Seth (12), as well as the newest addition to his family, grandson Haddon, who is nine months old.
