Eric Shumate (Chief Financial Officer) joined Rackley in 2023. After spending 10 years at a Big 4 accounting firm, Eric transitioned to the construction industry where he served as CFO for general contractors and subcontractors for the past 20 years specializing in both internal and external reporting. Eric combines his CPA background and juris doctorate to bring focus on corporate structure and compliance processes with a proven track record for driving both efficiency and growth in all areas of business. Eric has two daughters, Amber and Erin, and three granddaughters.
