Curtis Sutton (President) joined Rackley in 2010, bringing nearly 25 years of roofing experience. Having worked every job in roofing, Curtis holds the strong belief that great employees make a great company. In addition to creating a company culture that demonstrates care and concern for employees and customers, Curtis has a passion for the latest technological innovations in roofing. Under Curtis, Rackley has introduced industry-leading technologies. He served as TARC (Tennessee Association of Roofing Contractors) President in 2015-2016. Curtis is active with RT3 (Roofing Technology Think Tank), is a member of Vistage (a CEO peer group), and is a member of National Women in Roofing. He and his wife Nancy have been married for over 20 years, and they have three children: Lexie, Haleigh, and Dawson.
