Cade Elguezabal (HR Director) joined Rackley in 2020, bringing over 20 years of Human Resource experience. Cade brings his expertise from the manufacturing, restaurant, corporate, and construction industries to the Rackley Team. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from LSU and has progressed from a Human Resources Generalist from the beginning of his career to become our HR Director. Cade has one son, Chandler (18).
